Jerry was our contact person for our roof replacement. He was great to work with and was/is very helpful we were having a really hard time with our insurance and they did not want to cover the damaged caused by a severe hail storm. He gave us the contact information for a public adjuster that he had worked with in the past and we saw way better results from his recommendation. Public adjuster payment is 10% of what you will receive from the Insurance which compared to what we would have received was well worth it. He replaced my roof on a 2400sqft home in one day. They showed up early to start working on it and he sent pictures of the process and the wood condition on the roof. I highly recommend him and his team for any roof necessity. Will definitely use them in the future.
Martin Gomez offered to check our roof for damage, while his crew was roofing the neighbors house. He said it looked like we had enough damage to file a claim and took pictures supporting his thoughts. He came out and met again with the Insurance Adjuster and he said that we definitely needed a new roof due to damage. Vortex Roofingâs crew arrived at 6 am and completed the repair and cleanup by noon. I noticed an antenna cable that was loose and sent a pic to Martin and he came back out and secured the cable within 30-minutes. I canât say enough good things about the service and quality of Vortex Roofing Companyâs work!!!âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸

We had hail damage and a couple leaks. Vortex deployed multiple crews and completed the job in one day. There was a minor issue and they came out and fixed it immediately, it was a great experience. If you have dogs, double check the house perimeter just in case some jumps out of the trash receptacles.

Vortex Roofing did a wonderful job on our roof. We had a lot of rain this spring and they were able to get out to our house to make sure any leaks were covered. Our roof is completed and they did an excellent job.

Jared Kinsey did an outstanding job of communicating and keeping me well informed of the process from start to finish. He was there when my insurance adjuster came out and was there onsite the day of the project to over see the entire process from start to finish and to take care of any problems if needed. The crew working the job was diligent, friendly, spotless on the cleanup and finished in one day. One thing that really stood out for me was that the owner of Vortex Roofing, Martin, came out to make sure I was satisfied with the job. That in itself was very professional and tells me he stands behind the quality of work that his company puts out. My house got hit with a really bad hail storm back in April of this year. Tennis ball hail totaled our roof and worse yet caused a water leak into my laundry room. My wife and I were in a panic and our neighbors recommended we go with Vortex Roofing as they had recently had their roof replaced. Jared Kinsey and his team have been absolutely phenomenal! Jared came out same day to fix the leak to stop further water damage into my home until the roof could be replaced. He guided me through the work that would be needed and was very professional. He and his team never put any pressure or fear into the process which can be common by other companies when it comes to home repairs. Jared was very patient and made me feel completely calm and at peace through the inspection, repairs, roof replacement and the interior construction to replace the water damage in my laundry room. The work they did is better than new and I am 100% satisfied. I really appreciated how he came out with our insurance adjuster to make sure no damage was missed and Jared made sure I understood every step with the replacement. Great experience with Jared and vortex as a whole. The project was completed on time and on budget. No unfulfilled promises and the roof looks great. Vortex roofing and construction should be the go to guys for whatever you need. Martin, Gabe, and Jacob did an amazing job. The roof is finished beautifully and was very cost effective. They work with you to make it easy and smooth. They went though and made sure the yard is clean and safe to walk on after the job which is great for animals! We will be using them again no doubt!!

I was hesitant to file a claim with Vortex. My home was built in 2004 and we have had Allstate the whole. We tried a handful of times for a new roof due to shingles falling off every time we had a storm or heavy winds. Allstate always denied it. So when Daniel came by my husband said to go for it. We didn't get our hopes up. But this company and staff were the best. Allstate approved the claim but for the bare minimum and told me that I "had" to pay the roofer my deductible. After speaking with Daniel and explained our financial situation Daniel was nice enough to review the info from Allstate and caught a lot of stuff that Allstate overlooked. He had his inspector come out and take another look at our home and was able to confirm that we had addl damages to our shed and other issues and sent it back to Allstate. We were able to get addl monies toward our roof repair. I have never met a company that worked so hard for their customer. I would use them again and refer them to anyone needing roofing repairs.
We had a wonderful experience with Vortex. We have only been in our house for 5 years, and when it rained our shingles were coming off. When we found Vortex, specifically Anthony, we knew he would take care of us! We also had to get new gutters, the water wasn't draining right and Vortex knew his to fix it! Anthony was very professional and easy to work with! Even checked on us after it was all done! Great company!
Jerry and his team were the absolute best to work with! After the hail storm in June 2024, he had my broken windows boarded up in less than 24 hours. Jerry was able to ensure I was compensated for everything that was damaged due to the storm. He is very friendly, personable, highly professional and thorough. The areas of my home that were damaged are in better condition than before the storm. I will will turn to Vortex for any future needs! Thank you Jerry and the rest of your Vortex team!
